Internship Facilitation Program

The Internship Facilitation Programme is one of the core services offered by Social Welfare Service (SWS). We bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world professional experience by placing students and graduates in relevant internship roles across Nepal's leading institutions.

Our programme is open to students from all academic disciplines and all provinces of Nepal. Whether you are studying healthcare, journalism, law, engineering, business, or any other field, SWS will match you with a suitable host organisation and provide full coordination and welfare support throughout your internship.

How It Works:
1. Apply and register through our office or via your college's partnership with SWS.
2. Our team assesses your profile and matches you with the best-fit organisation.
3. You are formally placed and onboarded with full support from SWS.
4. SWS provides ongoing welfare coordination throughout your internship.
5. Upon successful completion, you receive an official internship certificate co-signed by SWS and the host organisation.

Who Can Apply:
- Currently enrolled students at any recognised Nepali college or university
- Recent graduates (within 2 years) from any professional field
- Applicants from all 7 provinces of Nepal
- No prior work experience required
